All ticket sales are final and no refunds will be issued. In the event that you are unable to use your ticket:

• Share. Reach out to family or friends that may want to attend, but do not have tickets yet.
• Exchange. Contact us to exchange your tickets for another concert, based on availability (some fees may apply).
• Donate. Tickets may be donated back to GLCO and are tax-deductible.

We do ask that you let us know that you will be unable to use your ticket by 2 PM on the Friday prior to the concert if you would like to switch your ticket to another performance.
