Refund and Exchange Policy
All ticket sales are final and no refunds will be issued. If you are unable to use your ticket:

Share. Reach out to family or friends that may want to attend, but do not have tickets yet.
Exchange. Contact us to exchange your tickets for another concert, based on availability (some fees may apply).
Donate. Tickets may be donated back to GLCO and are tax-deductible.

We do ask that you let us know that you will be unable to use your ticket by 2 PM on the day before the concert if you would like to switch your ticket to another performance. 231-487-0010

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Great Lakes Chamber Orchestra). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
